Let’s face it we lied busy lives now. Rushing in the morning, rushing our meals, rush rush rush. You can’t just keep rushing at some point you’ll have a crash. This course is perfect for people that don’t think they have a lot of time. grounding your self once a day may be one of the most useful things that you do during the day. You may not be able to afford not to meditate. I have been meditating for years and it has made such a huge difference in my life. I sleep better, I have less anxiety and my daughter says I’m much calmer now. There is no perfect time to meditate. Meditation doesn’t look a certain way, it looks how it looks.
