Psio Glasses for giving your brain a break….
The Psio glasses have been a savior and I continue to use them 3-4 times a week. Just put them on and let the program do it’s thing. You get bi lateral audio stimulation with light therapy. They claim to be useful for seasonal depression. My own experience was a huge impact on my depression. I listened to the “Happy” program before going to bed for the first time, I was surprised when I woke up the next day ready to go to a garage sale. This was an activity I had enjoyed in the past but was unable to do because of my depression. It felt like a miracle. I didn’t know how I was going to pay for them but I knew that I needed to have a pair. I let my dad and sister try them and they both got a pair for themselves. Bottom line, they just work.
