No Kundalini Yoga class is complete without some gong. If you are a teacher, the gong will keep them coming back. I have a 30 inch Paiste on a C stand which I really love. It’s also very portable. On my list is a 36 inch Paiste. Nothing like putting the mallot on that bad boy.
