These are my favorite coco aminos for my vegan dishes. Sautéed mushrooms in garlic, organic black beans and sweet potatoes. Good protein and lots of fiber. Most of all it tastes really great. I have this about twice a week. I have never gotten tired of it. I do use different types of potatoes. Sometimes I put a little curry on it. I’m sure you will have your own ideas. I like to do my sadhana in the evening and I don’t want to feel to full. I usually will wait about an hour before I practice and I feel digested.
I know there is a spelling error in the video. I’m not changing it. Too bad.
