Nahbi Kriya and Kirtan Kriya for Beginners

Kirtan Kriya and Nahbi Kriya set for beginners. I put the set together for people that are just getting started in kundalini yoga that want to strengthen their naval point. The naval point is the PowerPoint on the body. This is where you experience stress and anxiety from. If it is weak he will feel more and if it is strong you’ll be better able to deal with stressful situations in your life. It’s not an area that we normally work at so most people start off week in their naval point. Miraculous results will occur if you continue for 40 days straight.

I did this Kriya for a very long time when I was getting myself ready to do a drug taper. The reason I chose to do this is that I knew I would have rebound anxiety and depression. Having a strong naval point would have the process be a lot easier to take. I would also be able to handle the rebound effects much better with a strong Navel Pointe versus a week one.
