Kundalini Yoga and Cold Depression

In Kundalini Yoga there is a term called Cold Depression. My relation to it is that the external demands of life are far exceeding the internal capacity to manage it all. The expressions of it can be irritation, anger, frustration and many other not so fun emotions. Kundalini Yoga can strengthen the nervous system to get you back into balance and deal with those things that are going to come at us when we are not ready.
