In this interview I discuss the benefits of Kundalini yoga on depression and anxiety. In Kundalini Yoga we strengthen the nervous system and immune system. When your nervous system is strong you are better able to deal with stress in your life. I have developed a series of yoga to help people strengthen their naval point so they are better able to deal with stress and anxiety. I can also assist with a drug taper.
